About the role
Database Engineer Location: Marion OH Responsibilities Design data warehouse solutions by implementing a solid, robust, extensible data flow that supports key business logic flows. Develop data transformations to populate data into a warehouse table structures for optimized reporting. Establish efficient design and programming patterns for engineers and non-technical individuals. Enable an innovative approach to data platforms to increase flexibility, scalability, and reliability of data flow solutions. Design, integrate, and document technical components for seamless data extraction and analysis on big data platforms. Work in a team environment, interact with multiple groups on a daily basis. Work in cross-disciplinary teams to understand client needs and ingest rich data sources. Analyze, test and defect fix solutions using big data technologies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT or computer science or a related field or its equivalent. Exposure to data analysis, data engineering or big data.
