Job description: Job Highlights Planning of micro level operation of respective area of production as per given production target . Co-ordination with other dept. like Technology, Utility,Safety,Lab.,ETP,Co-gen, TF for smooth operation of plant . Monitor and optimize process parameters for yield and quality. Ensure safety compliances as per norms in operation area in plant. Coordinate and implement productivity improvement and process debottlenecking projects. Training at shop floor for subordinates to enhance their skills in the plant. Ensuring the quality of finished product as per specifications Ensure proper work permit system gets followed Responsible for resource management for smooth functioning of the plant like raw materials, utilities etc. Experience / Skills BE/BTech- Chemical Engineering 10+ years experience Process Optimization: Expertise in monitoring and improving process parameters to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality. Safety & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, HAZOP, HACCP). Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues. Coordination & Teamwork: Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless plant operations. Profile description: This role focuses on managing daily plant operations to safely and efficiently achieve production targets while maintaining strict quality standards. Key responsibilities include creating micro-level daily plans, managing resources, and optimizing process parameters to improve product yield and implement debottlenecking projects. The position requires seamless cross-functional coordination with departments like Technology, Safety, and Utilities, alongside a commitment to enforcing safety compliance, managing the work permit system, ensuring product specifications, and training shop-floor subordinates to enhance team skills.
