Business Analyst - Enterprise Application Support and Project Management

As a Business Analyst for this role, your responsibilities will include: - Providing Enterprise Application Support for Infor ERP Ln - Coordinating with internal teams and handling user calls - Analyzing and resolving recurring issues - Implementing system improvements such as automation and program changes - Managing training needs of end users - Generating reports using SSRS and Power Bi Dashboards - Managing project activities - Interacting with end users and providing necessary support - Handling incidents and resolving them promptly - Implementing IT projects and rolling out to the business The key qualifications required for this role are: - Knowledge of ERP LN - Understanding of the overall business cycle - Proficiency in Project Management - Ability to integrate ERP LN, PLM, and other ECOM applications In addition, the department's activities involve gathering business requirements, providing solutions, identifying business partners, expanding internal and external networks, and offering support and customization for enterprise applications.
