Configuration Manager

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Configuration Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a research or governmental organization. Strong knowledge of configuration management principles, practices, and tools. Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, and reporting. Knowledge of Scrum Agile development methodology Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide training to staff. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Configuration Management (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or similar). Experience with other configuration management tools and technologies.
