Hardware Test Engineer (Aerospace)

Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test fixtures, and automated/manual test procedures for manufactured products.

Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for product failures during testing or production.

Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve testing-related issues and support continuous improvement efforts.

Analyze and report test data, trends, and metrics to support product and process improvements.

Ensure test processes meet internal quality standards and external regulatory or customer requirements.

Maintain and calibrate test equipment and fixtures to ensure accurate and repeatable results.

Document testing procedures, results, and changes in compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
