About the role
Field Service & Technical Support Install, commission, and service electromechanical equipment and systems at customer locations. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Conduct preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance programs. Calibrate, test, and validate system performance to meet manufacturer and customer specifications. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals. Provide emergency and on-call service support when required. Customer & Project Support Serve as the senior technical point of contact for customers during service visits. Communicate findings, repairs, and recommendations clearly and professionally. Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and parts recommendations. Support equipment upgrades, retrofits, and system improvements. Leadership & Mentorship Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices in troubleshooting and best practices. Assist with developing service procedures and technical documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives and share field feedback with engineering and operations teams. Safety & Compliance Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatory standards. Maintain tools, test equipment, and company vehicles in safe working condition.
