About the role
Role Overview: You will be working as an Assistant Manager Process Engineering, supporting strategic business transformation initiatives by analyzing current state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting in complex projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams and internal team leaders. Your role will require strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience in business transformations and problem-solving methodologies. You will be responsible for designing target states, developing actionable recommendations, and building robust business cases and implementation roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in delivering business transformation initiatives by supporting the Discover Design Deploy lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and measurable impact. - Work closely with initiative leaders, cross-functional teams, and partner ecosystems to drive alignment and facilitate smooth project delivery. - Conduct data analysis to identify process gaps, quantify improvement opportunities, and prepare KPI dashboards and executive-level reports. - Apply Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking principles to support process reengineering and continuous improvement efforts. - Perform market research and contribute to Points of View (PoVs) on healthcare trends and consumer experience enhancements. - Support quality frameworks, risk management, and operational controls while leveraging best practices and benchmarking to sustain improvements. Qualifications Required: - MBA/Masters from a tier 1 business school or bachelor's degree in engineering/science from a tier I recognized university - Healthcare Certifications and Six Sigma Green Belt are good to have but not mandatory Additional Details of the Company: The company focuses on Process Excellence-1 within the Business segment and operates within a matrixed organization.
