To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 岗位职责: 1.负责手机摄像头模组主客观图像效果的参数调优，确保3A/ISP核心指标达成产品定义要求; 2.针对用户实际使用场景开展画质调试工作，优化HDR、多帧合成、AI场景识别等功能的实际应用表现; 3.运用图像质量体系(客观测试+主观评价)，完成主观场景的客观化问题定义，并提出针对性解决方案; 4.参与Sensor、ISP芯片等新硬件平台的技术预研与效果调优，推动相关技术方案落地及量产进 程。 岗位要求: 1.具备图像效果调优相关工作经验，熟悉手机摄像头模组图像质量优化流程; 2.深入理解3A/ISP核心原理，掌握HDR、多帧合成、AI场景识别等相关技术要点; 3.熟练掌握图像质量体系(客观测试+主观评价)的应用方法，具备问题定义与方案解决能力; 4.了解Sensor、ISP芯片等硬件相关知识，能够配合完成新硬件平台的技术预研与效果优化工作。
