To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 岗位职责： 1. 负责产品运动类机械部件的验证、耐久测试以及产品可靠性评估相关工作。 2. 牵头开展运动部件寿命测算、加速寿命与疲劳分析工作，搭建对应的寿命评估模型。 3. 配合开展运动部件失效分析工作，针对磨损、疲劳、断裂、异响、松动、卡滞等故障完成问题定位。 4. 参与产品结构设计评审工作，围绕耐久性能、使用寿命、可靠性维度研判产品设计潜在风险。 5. 拟定相关测试标准，持续优化完善运动部件可靠性验证管理体系。 岗位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，机械、机电、可靠性、材料等相关专业，拥有三年及以上运动产品或机械结构可靠性验证相关从业经历。 2. 拥有结构耐久测试、寿命评估、机械零部件失效分析相关实操项目经验。 3. 熟知齿轮、轴承、连杆、滑轨、弹簧、传动机构等各类运动零部件的常规失效表现与失效模式。 4. 掌握加速寿命、疲劳耐久、应力载荷相关测试方法，可独立完成产品寿命预估及可靠性风险评估工作。 5. 拥有智能运动设备、消费级运动结构、机器人运动关节相关验证工作经历者优先考虑。 6. 了解威布尔分布、寿命拟合、可靠性建模相关知识与实操应用者优先考虑。
