To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 岗位职责： 1. 负责安卓平板电脑产品前期概念设计阶段的热设计工作，包括风险评估、温升仿真、散热方案优化及验证。 2. 负责安卓平板电脑产品的系统散热开发，涵盖散热风扇、 VC/ 热管、微型液冷热泵、石墨材料、散热模组及其他散热材料的设计与应用。 3. 与软件、充电等相关团队协作，制定并优化产品温控策略，提升整机热性能表现。 4. 负责安卓平板电脑系统散热方案的技术路线规划（ Roadmap ），推动散热器件、新技术及新材料的预研、评估和导入。 5. 负责安卓平板电脑及相关产品的散热性能测试与验证工作，包括微型风扇噪音测试及相关分析。 6. 负责与散热材料供应商及公司内部相关团队沟通协作，推动项目顺利实施和问题闭环解决。 岗位要求： 1. 具备手机、平板电脑或相关消费电子产品散热开发经验，能够独立承担热设计开发工作。 2. 熟练掌握消费电子产品温升设计、热仿真及测试方法，具备较强的实验设计与动手实践能力。 3. 熟练使用热成像仪、热电偶、温箱等热测试设备，能够独立完成热性能评估与问题分析。 4. 熟练使用热仿真软件工具开展分析与优化工作，具有 6SigmaET （ Celsius EC Solver ）开发工具使用经验者优先。 5. 熟悉硬件产品开发流程，能够根据项目节点推进开发任务并确保按计划交付。 6. 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能够针对热设计相关问题提出有效改进方案。 7. 具备优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力，能够高效推动供应商及内部团队协同合作。 8. 具有较强的学习能力和技术创新意识，能够快速掌握并应用新技术、新材料及新产品开发方法。
