Monitor Mechanical parts supplier's quality performance and drive continuous improvement. Regular audit and qualification of supplier to make sure their quality management system runs well to guarantee their quality level. Work together with WW team and supplier on trouble shooting for quality issue. Engineering change management for mechanical parts, include EC pre-evaluation with Mechanical dev team, new parts qualification, FAIR SIP/SOP documents approval and reworking/sorting arrangement and lead time management. Early involved into NPI stage to be proactively conduct Mechanical parts Dfx/NUDD,work with Dev on design optimization, hard tooling parts and quality control process qualification, support NPI issues trouble shooting to support NPI schedule without slipping,conduct VRR with Dev and supplier. Proactively review supplier’s manufacturing process and quality control process through FMEA, fool-proof methodologies, AOI implementation and AI tools to ensure high level product quality in whole life cycle. Work together with Commercial team on alternative/second source selection and qualification. Coordinate with global cross function teams for special project to support company business. Job Requirements: Bachelor or above, more than 5 years working experience in mechanical engineering or manufacturing, server mechanical parts working experience is preferred. Strong technical and process skills in Mechanical parts commodity, be familiar with tooling DFM, stamping, injection molding, powder painting, plating process and quality control. Be capable of supplier management, project management. Good knowledge of quality system, ISO9000,6sigma etc. Be fluent with oral English, good teamwork, excellent at communication and negotiation. Skillfully use AI tools such as Power BI to develop visual/intelligent/digital quality management platform to improve efficiency is preferred, other mechanical related quality/technical skill can be compromised accordingly.
