To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 岗位职责 1. 依托公司现有 AI 平台能力、行业标准化 AI 资产及公有云 AI 生态工具，推动公司整体 AI 原生架构升级与落地。 2. 负责数据智能团队平台架构、产品架构、技术架构及解决方案的 AI 原生设计与改造，制定并输出标准化架构规范。 3. 结合公司 AI 资产、工具能力及行业发展趋势，推动架构方案整合、复用与规模化落地。 4. 负责技术架构决策、方案评估、风险管控及架构落地推进。 5. 统筹架构团队、平台与产品团队及交付团队协同工作，推动 FDE 全栈工程师交付模式转型。 6. 推动 AI-Native 模式下团队管理、运营及考核机制建设。 7. 建立统一的服务目录、服务标准及计价体系，推动交付服务标准化。 8. 沉淀组织级交付方法论，构建适配 AI 原生业务的全栈交付体系、迭代机制及质量保障体系。 9. 监督和优化 GTM 业务模式，推动团队高效执行和业务目标达成。 与管理层、跨部门团队及全球合作伙伴保持高效沟通与协作，推动方案对齐和能力赋能 岗位要求： 1. 具备企业级平台、产品或解决方案架构设计经验，能够从业务、技术及组织视角规划和推动 AI 原生架构建设与落地。 熟悉 AI 平台、 AI 工具生态、云服务能力及相关技术发展趋势，对 AI 资产整合、能力复用及规模化应用具有深入理解。 3. 具备优秀的技术判断能力和架构规划能力，能够独立完成技术路线设计、方案评估、风险识别与实施推进工作。 4. 具备跨团队协同及复杂项目管理经验，能够统筹架构、产品、平台及交付团队资源，推动组织转型和关键项目落地。 5. 熟悉服务标准化建设、交付体系管理或运营模式优化，能够建立并推广组织级方法论及质量管理体系。 6. 具备较强的组织管理能力和业务运营意识，能够推动 AI-Native 模式下团队管理、考核机制及 GTM 业务体系建设。 7. 拥有优秀的沟通协调与影响力，能够有效开展跨部门协作、管理层沟通及全球团队合作，推动共识达成与业务目标实现。 8. 具备开放的创新思维和持续学习能力，能够结合行业发展趋势推动技术创新与组织能力升级。
