AI 应用开发 基于大语言模型（ LLM ）开发各类 AI 应用 设计并实现智能问答系统（ Chatbot ） 构建企业知识库系统（ RAG ） 开发多 Agent 协同业务场景 推动 AI 能力与企业业务系统集成 2. 模型与算法应用 / 系统架构设计 调用和管理 OpenAI 、 Azure OpenAI 、 DeepSeek 、 Qwen 等模型 优化 Prompt 提升模型输出效果 开展模型评估及效果优化 根据业务需求进行 Fine-tuning 或 LoRA 微调 设计 AI 应用架构及技术方案 搭建向量数据库及知识管理体系 构建 Agent 工作流 实现模型服务化部署 3. 平台建设 开发企业级 AI 平台 构建 Prompt 管理体系 建立模型监控及日志分析机制 推进 AI DevOps/MLOps 体系建设 岗位要求 计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业 3 年以上软件开发经验 , 1 年以上 AI 项目开发经验 有相关供应链背景和项目为加分项 编程能力 熟练掌握以下技术： Python Java Go PostgreSQL/MySQL AI 技术能力 熟悉以下至少两项： GPT 系列模型 DeepSeek Claude Qwen 通义千问 Llama
