Job Responsibilities Support AI product development through requirements analysis, solution exploration, and implementation under senior guidance. Assist in maintaining and optimizing existing AI systems, including troubleshooting and performance improvements. Collaborate with developers, data scientists, designers, and product managers to support team goals. Help write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and technical documentation. Participate in code reviews and learn best engineering practices. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and actively explore new tools and techniques. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Solid Python programming skills; project experience is a plus. Hands-on project experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or modern LLM application patterns. Familiarity with AI/ML-related frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Django is beneficial. Experience building small AI projects, prototypes, or ML models (coursework, internship, or personal projects). Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and quick prototyping. Exposure to databases such as MySQL or Elasticsearch is a plus. Bonus: Knowledge of Java or Java development experience.
