To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 岗位职责： 1、通过大数据分析、竞品调研等手段，主导Framework领域性能优化特性挖掘、全链路方案设计，沟通协同上下游相关模块落地 2、组织性能相关重难点问题技术攻关，撰写相关技术文档 3、持续看护各类性能指标，依托版本迭代与专项优化方案，实现性能相关量化指标稳步优化提升 岗位要求： 1、3年以上Framework性能优化经验，熟悉Framework核心WMS/AMS/PMS/RMS等模块，熟悉窗口显示相关流程，对窗口动画、界面绘制、SurfaceFlinger合成与送显等关键链路比较熟悉 2、在应用启动、快进快出、手势动画等核心用户高频场景上有一定的优化经验，优化交互流畅度，提升用户体验 3、熟悉性能相关的Linux内核机制、具备一定的内存调优经验 4、熟练使用各类性能分析工具，具备自研落地维测手段能力，实现无明确表象问题的可复现、可定位、可分析 5、能够协同底层及周边团队、完成从Framework到底层的端到端全流程性能优化方案的设计、推动和落地 6、具备一定Framework开发经验，熟悉Binder、AIDL、Handler等核心机制，可以投入日常Framework特性的开发与维护 7、能够主动拓展业务知识，全方位提升综合能力，有较强的主动优化意识，勇于担当，积极推动问题解决
