To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 【岗位职责】 1、负责 Android Framework Java 层及 Native 功能开发维护工作； 2、负责 Android 系统稳定性问题的分析和解决，如 ANR、Crash、内存泄漏、卡顿、冻屏 等疑难问题； 3、负责 Android APP 应用的接口定义及对接 HAL、Kernel 团队完成硬件抽象层适配，解决软硬件兼容性问题； 4、负责 Android 系统优化，包括系统裁剪、内存优化、长待机等方面优化； 5、编写技术文档及相关开发流程文档； 【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、软件工程等相关专业，3–5 年及以上 Android Framework 开发经验； 2、精通 Java/Kotlin、C/C++，熟悉 JNI、Binder、Handler 等底层机制，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础能力； 3、深入理解 Android 系统架构，熟练掌握 AMS/WMS/PMS、SurfaceFlinger、HAL 等核心模块源码与工作原理； 4、熟练使用 Systrace、Perfetto、gdb、Bugreport 等调试工具，具备系统级问题定位与性能优化能力； 5、较强的学习能力与自驱力，能快速跟进新技术并应用于实际项目； 6、良好的英文读写能力，加分项：口语交流能力；
