To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 岗位职责/Job Responsibilities： 1. 软件需求范围 (Scope) 定义与管控： • 主导Moto手机产品软件需求的端到端定义。与产品管理团队、业务部门深度沟通，在项目早期锁定软件需求边界。 • 负责需求的可行性评估与优先级排序，产出高质量的技术设计规范 (Design Spec)，确保软件 Scope与项目商业目标高度对齐，严控需求蔓延。 2. 软件技术方案规划与评审： • 针对项目复杂特性，主导全栈软件技术方案的制定。组织各领域专家 (SME) 进行深度技术评审。 • 确定核心模块的技术架构与分工方案，解决方案执行中的高复杂度难题，为研发团队提供确定的、具备前瞻性的技术底座。 3. 软件核心卖点 (KSP) 与差异化特性规划： • 深度洞察市场竞品趋势，识别并定义具有竞争力的软件 KSP 以及 NUDD (New/Unique/Different/Difficult) 特性。 • 制定 KSP 的核心技术 KPI 指标及 Benchmark 策略，确保规划出的卖点不仅具有市场吸引力，且具备极高的技术完成度。 4. 跨团队协调与决策推动： • 作为软件技术规划的Owner，协调研发、设计、测试及外部供应商，平衡理想化方案与工程实践，推动关键技术决策的快速落地。 岗位要求/Job Requirements： 1. 具备10年以上 手机/智能硬件软件研发相关经验 。 2. 有成功带过大型复杂项目经验者优先。 3. 精通 Android 架构及系统原理，对移动终端软硬件架构有深刻理解。 4. 具备优秀的文字输出能力，能够产出逻辑严密的技术规划文档及商业建议书。 5. 良好的英语听说读写能力（CET-6 或同等水平），能够与全球团队协作沟通。 技能与素质要求 (Skill Requirements) 1. 具备优秀的结构化思维，能从杂乱、模糊的原始需求中迅速理清脉络，并在压力环境下做出清醒、正确的判断。 2. 强烈的自我驱动力和使命必达的进取心，对攻克技术难点和打造卓越产品充满热忱。 3. 极强的责任心， 对规划的项目结果负全责，不推诿，能主动识别并化解规划落地过程中的各类风险隐患。 4. 卓越的推动力与影响力， 善于协调资源，通过专业性和个人影响力推动跨职能团队达成共识，确保技术规划目标按时按质达成。
