To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub . 岗位职责： 1. 负责 TVM 编译器后端的维护与扩展，针对NPU架构，设计并实现定制化的代码生成逻辑； 2. 集成自有汇编指令集，实现高效内核调度与底层性能优化； 3. 针对主流大语言模型结构，设计并实现高性能融合算子； 岗位要求： 1. 熟悉C/C++,Python编程，具备良好的代码风格; 2. 对主流深度学习框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow、ONNX）的模型表示与执行机制有实际使用或开发经验； 3. 具备编译器基础知识，理解 IR、Pass、Codegen、Schedule 等核心概念； 4. 对常用的深度学习框架有了解，包括但不限于TensorFlow，Pytorch，ONNX等; 5. 优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对技术有强烈热情，良好的团队意识和沟通能力。
