About the role
Functional Safety Systems Engineer Are you looking to work for a company that provides an innovative work environment, and your voice is heard? We have a project for an experienced automotive functional safety systems engineer to establish enterprise Functional Safety methods, advance digital engineering workflows, and traceability capabilities aligned with ISO 26262 and next generation engineering procedures.
Our client is advancing its enterprise Functional Safety capability by standardizing engineering methods, digital engineering workflows, and end-to-end traceability across engineering organizations.
This engagement will provide an experienced on-site Functional Safety and Systems Engineering contractor to establish foundational processes, reusable engineering assets, and toolchain integrations that enable consistent, scalable execution of Functional Safety activities.
This role will collaborate with Functional Safety, Research & Technology (R&T), Functional Excellence (FE), Systems Engineering (SE), IT Toolchain, and engineering teams to help develop, pilot, and document these capabilities while preparing the organization for long-term ownership by our client.
