Position: Frontend Specialist / Senior Frontend Engineer Experience: 7-10 Years Notice Period: Can be considered up 15 Days Role Summary Lead frontend development for recruitment module, focusing on user experience, performance, and accessibility. Design frontend architecture and mentor engineers in modern frontend practices. Key Responsibilities Design and implement frontend architecture for various modules Lead development of responsive, accessible user interfaces with React/Vue/Angular Optimize frontend performance, loading times, and user experience Implement state management solutions and data fetching patterns Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance) and cross-browser compatibility Develop reusable component libraries and design system contributions Conduct frontend code reviews and mentor junior frontend engineers Collaborate with product and design teams on UI/UX implementation Implement advanced frontend patterns (lazy loading, caching, optimization) Troubleshoot and resolve frontend performance issues Required Skills & Experience 7-10 years of frontend development experience Expert-level proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility (WCAG) Experience with state management (Redux, Vuex, Context API, etc.) Proficiency with frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.) Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Vitest, etc.) Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience designing component libraries or design systems Knowledge of progressive web apps (PWA) and offline capabilities Understanding of backend APIs and integration patterns Experience with accessibility testing and screen readers Contributions to frontend frameworks or open-source projects
