Position: Senior Backend/Solution Architect Experience: 5-8 Years Notice Period: Can be considered up 15 Days Role Summary Design scalable, secure backend systems and AI-powered features for the products. Lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and security requirements. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end architecture for various modules in products and AI feature integration Define API contracts, data models, and system integration patterns Lead technical design reviews and architecture decision-making Ensure system scalability, performance, reliability, and security Implement best practices for microservices, API design, and data management Mentor senior and junior engineers on architecture and design patterns Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams on system requirements Establish and maintain technical standards and code quality metrics Conduct performance optimization and bottleneck analysis Lead incident response and post mortem processes Required Skills & Experience 5-8 years of backend engineering experience with 4+ years in architecture roles Deep expertise in designing distributed systems and microservices Strong proficiency in modern backend languages (Java, Python, Go, Rust, etc.) Experience designing scalable APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) Knowledge of databases (relational and NoSQL), caching strategies, and data modeling Understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Experience with message queues, event streaming, and asynchronous patterns Strong systems design and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Nice to Have Experience with AI/ML system integration and model serving Knowledge of security best practices and threat modeling Experience with infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices HR Tech or Vendor Management System domain expertise Contributions to open-source projects
