QA Automation Lead (Cypress)

You are an experienced QA Automation Lead who will be joining the Quality Assurance team. Your role involves leading a team of QA engineers, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, maintaining an efficient automation framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing mentorship to QA engineers, identifying and mitigating bottlenecks, evaluating new automation tools, aligning testing activities with project timelines, monitoring test results, and participating in recruitment and training.
