Notice Period: Immediate joiners are preferred (max 1 weeks notice period) Levels of Interview Technical Interview VirtualTechno Managerial VirtualHR Discussion Virtual Job Title ServiceNow E-Bonding Integration Specialist Location: Chennai Experience: 8+ years Time: 247 Job Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations to support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise e-Bonding solutions between ServiceNow and external ITSM platforms. The role involves developing secure, scalable, and bidirectional integrations for Incident, Request, Change, CMDB, and related ITSM processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow e-Bonding integrations with external ITSM platforms.Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, Scripted REST APIs, and Import/Export APIs.Design and implement bidirectional synchronization for incidents, requests, changes, CMDB, comments, work notes, and attachments.Develop and customize Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub spokes.Configure OAuth, API authentication, and secure integration patterns.Implement attachment synchronization using the standard ServiceNow Attachment API and other supported integration mechanisms.Develop field mappings, state mappings, and transformation logic between ServiceNow and external systems.Troubleshoot integration failures, API issues, authentication errors, and data synchronization problems.Work closely with middleware teams (Boomi, MuleSoft, iHub, or equivalent) to support end-to-end integration flows.Participate in integration workshops, technical design discussions, API reviews, and solution documentation.Prepare technical design documents, field mapping documents, API specifications, and deployment guides.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain solution quality throughout the implementation lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and CMDB.Experience developing ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Scripted REST APIs.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.Experience with OAuth, REST authentication mechanisms, and API security.Experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise applications and ITS platforms.Strong understanding of JSON, XML, HTTP methods, and API troubleshooting.Experience with attachment handling, comments synchronization, and state mapping across integrated systems.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Preferred Project Experience ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow e-Bonding implementations.Integration with third-party ITSM platforms.Bidirectional synchronization of Incident, Request, Change, CMDB, comments, and attachments.Enterprise API integration and middleware-based solutions.
