Senior Full Stack Developer - Dotnet

As a multinational company, Lexitas has established a subsidiary in Chennai, India Lexitas India Pvt. Ltd., which will serve as the Lexitas Global Capability Center. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with a team to deliver end-to-end solutions encompassing coding, unit testing, and defect fixes. - Build scalable solutions and collaborate with quality assurance and control teams to identify and resolve issues. - Develop and maintain APIs and Services using C# .NET. - Create and maintain web-based UIs utilizing front-end frameworks. - Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. - Engage in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to implementation and support. - Offer technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through coding, testing, and deployment best practices. - Work closely with the DevOps team to troubleshoot deployment issues. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a Master's degree (preferred). - 8+ years of experience in Object-Oriented programming with C#. - Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (preferably .NET 8+). - 5+ years of experience with front-end frameworks like React. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - 5+ years of experience working with SQL databases (MySQL/MS SQL/PostgreSQL). - Experience in designing and architecting complex software systems. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, with preference for Azure. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization. - Expertise in performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization. - Understanding of DevOps practices for automated deployments. - Familiarity with software design patterns and best practices. - Practical experience in Agile development (scrum) and exposure to JIRA. - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to mentor junior team members. - Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
