UI/UX-Intern

Role Overview: FlashAid is looking for a UI/UX Intern who is passionate about creating impactful user experiences and aspires to grow into a Product Manager role. This opportunity is perfect for someone with prior internship experience in UI/UX design, a completed design course, and a keen interest in the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design & Research: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for FlashAid’s web and mobile applications. Conduct user research to understand pain points and refine designs based on feedback. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Product Development Support: Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the product. Assist in creating user stories, workflows, and feature documentation. Participate in product brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

• User-Centric Thinking: Leverage user analytics and research insights to optimize the user journey. Advocate for users while aligning with business goals.

• Transition to Product Management: Shadow senior Product Managers to learn cross-functional collaboration and strategy. Develop skills in product roadmap planning, prioritization, and feature lifecycle management. Contribute to defining KPIs and measuring the success of new features.

Qualifications

• Education & Training: Completed a UI/UX design course or certification. Understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility.

• Experience: Previous internship experience in UI/UX design or a related role. Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and user-first thinking. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and grow into a Product Manager role.
