Senior Product Manager (Technical) - Case Management

You are a Senior Product Manager at Zinnia, leading the Product Life Cycle and contributing significantly to research & development activities for designing and developing products. Your role involves working with Zinnias Product Organization to ensure alignment with the organizations strategy and vision. Your responsibilities include: - Leading & contributing to the execution of product lifecycle processes for Insurtech products/platforms - Working with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of product requirements - Evaluating product performance and transitioning products from development to commercialization - Leading technical discussions with Engineering teams and managing technical/business requirements - Assisting in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases - Mentoring/Driving a team of Product Managers and acting as a technical consultant - Leading research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products - Ensuring technology and architectural roadmap aligns with the product/business roadmap - Acting as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration For this role, you need: - 9+ years of experience in Product Management - Bachelors/Master's Degree in technology or related field - Strong background as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner/Business Analyst - Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis, etc. - Strong understanding of SDLC, technology system interfaces/architectures - Experience coaching & mentoring a team of Product Managers - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills - Ability to lead individual assignments with expertise - Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and relevant tools - Ability to influence, lead, and work in a cross-functional global team setup - Experience in Life & Annuity Industry or BFSI is a plus Working at Zinnia, you will collaborate with smart, creative professionals dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technologies and enhanced services to transform the insurance industry.
