About the role
Role Overview: As a Product Manager for Everstage's website, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end management of everstage.com. Your role will involve collaborating with designers, growth marketers, content creators, and SEO specialists to transform the website into a high-performing growth engine. Your key focus will be on enhancing organic traffic and optimizing visitor conversion rates, all while ensuring the website is treated as a product rather than just a marketing asset. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and prioritize the product roadmap for everstage.com, focusing on enhancing user experiences across various pages and modules. - Collaborate with the SEO lead to implement strategies for traditional SEO and generative engine optimization to increase Everstage's visibility and references on platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. - Manage a continuous experiment program to optimize key elements such as hero modules, pricing, CTAs, and signup paths to improve conversion rates. - Utilize AI tools like Claude, Cursor, v0, Lovable, etc., to streamline the production process, prototype variants, and generate copy and layouts efficiently. - Operationalize the new design system within Webflow to ensure consistent branding across all web pages. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, growth product management, or similar roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. - Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including technical SEO, content strategy, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals. - Proficiency in Webflow and HubSpot, with hands-on experience in managing forms, workflows, and basic reporting. - Experience with experimentation and AI tools to drive innovation and efficiency in web development processes. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and a high level of agency to drive initiatives independently.
