Technical Lead - Healthcare Platform

As a Technical Lead at Greymatter Innovationz, you will play a crucial role in driving the next generation of Healthcare IT & EMR platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Product Strategy & Roadmap: Owning the end-to-end HMIS & EMR product lifecycle from 0 to scale across domestic and international markets (India & GCC). - AI & Innovation: Spearheading AI-driven clinical transformations, such as CDSS, NLP-based voice documentation, and automation features. - Compliance & Standards: Ensuring seamless compliance with healthcare standards like ABDM (M1, M2, M3), NABH, and DPDPA Act. - Interoperability: Leading complex integrations using FHIR, HL7 standards, APIs, and medical devices (ICU monitors, Radiology systems). - Stakeholder Management: Working closely with cross-functional teams, clinicians, and CXO stakeholders to drive large-scale user adoption. We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications: - Experience: 10-12+ years of solid experience in Healthcare IT, Hospital Administration, or Clinical Product Management. - Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of hospital operations including OPD, IPD, ICU, and OT workflows. - Tech Stack Knowledge: Strong command over FHIR, HL7, API ecosystems, and Agile development. - Education: MBA/MHA (Hospital Administration) or a Clinical background (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS) is a massive plus.
