Roles and Responsibilities : Lead the development of e-commerce microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SRE practices, promoting continuous improvement in IT operations. Develop technical roadmaps for Java-based projects, prioritizing features based on business requirements and resource availability. Manage a team of engineers responsible for delivering high-quality software products within tight deadlines. Job Requirements : 10-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in e-commerce and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of SRE principles and ability to apply them effectively across multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Java programming language with hands-on experience developing large-scale applications using Spring Boot framework.
