We're Hiring | AI Research & Innovation Lead (Agentic AI) | Hyderabad | 18 to 25 Years Are you passionate about shaping the future of Agentic AI and building autonomous, intelligent systems Here's your opportunity to lead cutting-edge AI research and innovation while solving real-world enterprise challenges. Role: AI Research & Innovation Lead (AI/ML Engineer) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 18 to 25 Years (Minimum 5+ Years Post Ph.D. Experience) Qualification: Full-time Ph.D. from IITs, IISc, IIITs, or ISI (Mandatory) What We're Looking For Full-time Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Data Science/AI, Mathematics, or Statistics from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, IISc, IIITs, ISI) 18 to 25 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of relevant post-Ph.D. experience Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, Python, Cloud Technologies, and Data Science Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Reinforcement Learning, Autonomous Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar Strong research background with publications in leading AI conferences or journals Key Responsibilities Lead research and innovation in Agentic AI, autonomous agents, planning, memory, reasoning, tool usage, self-reflection, and human-agent collaboration. Design and build production-ready AI solutions for enterprise automation, digital assistants, healthcare, and other next-generation applications. Collaborate with engineering, solutioning, consulting, and Responsible AI teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Drive AI innovation by publishing research and representing the organization at top AI conferences. Mentor researchers and engineers while building a high-performing AI practice. Provide technical consulting for complex client engagements using advanced AI frameworks and accelerators.
