SOC Lead

As a SOC Lead at our MNC-based company in Kochi, Kerala, you will be responsible for the following key areas: - Leading the 24/7 SOC team, managing shift rosters, handling hiring, conducting performance reviews, mentoring analysts, and taking ownership of escalations. - Demonstrating expertise in SIEM engineering using tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or Sentinel for tasks like incident response, threat detection, hunting, log analysis, and playbook/runbook creation. - Utilizing SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) techniques and familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework. Qualifications required for the role include: - 8-12 years of experience in a relevant field. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM (preferred), GCIA / GCIH, CEH.
