CSSA Certified(Mandatory) and CLSA or CLSA Part 1 (preferred) . Ability to design and develop microjourneys using case management . Must have Skill - 8-12 yrs of experience in Pega development Experience on monitoring tools like PAL,PDC,DB Trace .
