Team Lead - Infra & Network

Server Administration

· Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux Server environments.

· Perform installation, configuration, patch management, upgrades, and health monitoring.

· Troubleshoot complex server-related incidents and perform root cause analysis.

· Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), Certificate Services, and authentication services.

· Ensure server security hardening and compliance with organizational standards.

Virtualization & Hyper-Converged Infrastructure

· Administer Microsoft Hyper-V clusters.

· Manage Nutanix HCI infrastructure, including Prism Central and Prism Element.

· Perform VM provisioning, migration, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

· Ensure high availability and business continuity of virtual infrastructure.

Storage Administration

· Manage SAN and NAS storage infrastructure.

· Configure storage provisioning, zoning, LUN mapping, snapshots, and replication.

· Monitor storage capacity and optimize storage performance.

· Coordinate firmware upgrades and preventive maintenance.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

· Administer Commvault Backup infrastructure.

· Monitor backup jobs and restore operations.

· Conduct backup validation and disaster recovery testing.

· Ensure backup compliance and recovery objectives are met.

Microsoft 365 Administration

· Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Azure AD.

· Manage user provisioning, licensing, security policies, Conditional Access, and MFA.

· Troubleshoot Microsoft 365-related issues.

Infrastructure Monitoring & Performance

· Monitor enterprise infrastructure health and availability.

· Perform preventive maintenance and infrastructure optimization.

· Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning.

· Ensure production uptime and SLA compliance.

Incident & Problem Management

· Provide L3 support for critical production incidents.

· Lead technical troubleshooting during major incidents.

· Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive actions.

· Coordinate with OEMs and technology partners for issue resolution.

Project Implementation

· Participate in infrastructure modernization projects.

· Support server migration, virtualization, storage upgrades, and cloud integration.

· Prepare implementation plans and technical documentation.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Documentation & Compliance

· Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and asset inventory.

· Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, backup policies, and audit requirements.

· Support internal and external IT audits.
