About the role
Requirement Name: Webex CUSP Location: Bangalore Rate: $18/hour (However, we are open to higher rates if candidates are excellent. So share resumes irrespective of rates) Scope: Development, Testing, Support & Sustenance for UCTG Edge products including SIP Proxy. Cisco Collaboration team is looking to revive a SIP proxy product that was EOLed and now needs to be launched with a new Base platform and component upgrades along with some mandatory application enhancements in line with the industry and compliance guidelines Resources: 2 Job Title: Application Developer - Java / Python Minimum of 7-8 years in software engineering, with proven experience in leading software development projects. Programming languages: C or J2EE MUST Programming languages: Python Good to have Expertise in system level debugging and J2EE application debugging MUST Web development (Ex: JavaStruts or Angular or Node JS) MUST Expertise in system bring-up / fine tuning of services MUST Exposure to Security Aspects of a Product Good to have Exposure to Agile methodologies PREFERRED Ability to troubleshoot and narrow down complex issues including scale. Must Expertise in Developing and debugging Network programming/application MUST Exposure to Networking protocol and Application protocol like SIP Preferred Exposure to Collaboration solutions and deployments in the VoIP industry Preferred Hands on Experience with Code MUST
