The candidate should be 6 to 8 years of experience in IBM WebSphere , MFT and Admin experience. Below are the required responsibility. Primary responsibility : Responsible for leading the readiness and availability of the middleware and enterprise application environment. Monitors the environment for vulnerabilities, deployment of new modules and applying upgrades and fixes to the Production environment. Provides on call technical support for after-hours issue resolution on a rotating basis. Creating technical designs from business requirements and functional specifications. Evaluating new tools and researching best practices while recommending solutions. Identifying technical requirements and creating technical sizing for requirements for small to large projects.
