You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications for Power Trading and Origination. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Manage project timelines and ensure the quality of deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions to meet business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Power Trading and Origination. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development using Java, Python, or other relevant programming languages. -Must have experience in US power markets - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Strong understanding of software development best practices and standards. - Experience in managing project timelines and ensuring the quality of deliverables. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Power Trading and Origination. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Pune office.
