You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM benefits. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative solutions to enhance the Workday benefits experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop applications using Workday Core HCM benefits. - Create technical specifications and documentation for application design. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and functionality. - Provide support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in application design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Benefits. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM benefits. - Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows. - Experience in designing and implementing Workday Core HCM benefits solutions. - Knowledge of Workday integration tools and technologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Workday Core HCM benefits Experience is mandatory. 15 years full-time education is required.
