About the role
Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Develop and maintain software applications.- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, build, test, and release.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate these issues.- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements in software engineering.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth.- Experience with software development methodologies and best practices.- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.- Experience with relational databases and SQL.- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Avaloq Core Banking System.- Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance.- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
