Architect with 12-15 years of hands-on experience with IBM BPM, FileNet, BAW Case Manager and Workflow Expert on IBM BPM, FileNet, BAW Case manager infrastructure & administration Experience in migrating IBM BAW & Workflow processes to modern cloud-native workflow solutions Experience in developing a comprehensive migration strategy including timeline, resources, and risk mitigation Experience with cloud technologies, microservices architectures, API management, and security practices Deep understanding of both legacy and modern cloud-native workflow solutions, providing strategic insights and technical leadership throughout the migration process Design robust, scalable, and secure architecture for new workflow solutions utilizing public cloud technologies Manage data transformation and migration ensuring integrity and availability Implement best practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) in the cloud environment Facilitate collaboration across various teams including IT, operations, and business units Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in business process management and cloud solutions Develop and maintain technical documentation related to workflow processes and architecture Good hands on with BAW environment and troubleshooting experience to identify & fix root cause Mainframe knowledge Must have Linux servers (RHEL8/9) and VM hands-on experience Knowledge on upgrading of FileNet, IBM BPM and BAW environments on Linux environment Troubleshoot issues on IBM BPM, FileNet and BAW environments and resilient solutions Possess Openshift experience and AWS will be add-on Good knowledge on ServiceNow with Incident, Change and Problem Management experience Must be able to identify and handle security vulnerabilities on infrastructure inline with organization guidelines Take ownership and drive things independently Vendor management experience Good team player with excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Requirements Please find below updated JD for IBM BPM architect profile.
