About the role
· Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, upgrading, and managing Couchbase clusters on cloud and on-premises environments. · Strong understanding of NoSQL concepts, data modelling, replication · (XDCR), indexing, and performance tuning. · Proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (Python, Shell, Bash). · Exposure to AWS (preferred) or any other cloud platform for hosting and managing Couchbase or other NoSQL databases. · Expertise in root cause analysis, resolving major incidents, and ensuring high availability and reliability. · Good understanding of networking, security policies, and load balancing. · Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving infrastructure. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
