Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges - Implement best practices for software development - Mentor junior team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration - Strong understanding of SAP Basis Administration concepts - Experience in SAP Basis system monitoring and performance tuning - Knowledge of SAP system upgrades and installations - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis related issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration - This position is based at our Indore office - A 15 years full-time education is required
