CRM Architecture

Roles & Responsibilities: • Participate in sprint planning and deliver CRMA (Tableau CRM) dashboards and datasets aligned with user stories and business needs. • Develop and configure CRMA assets including lenses, dashboards, and dataflows to support Sales and Marketing analytics. • Conduct unit testing and validate data accuracy across environments. • Support bug fixes and enhancements to existing CRMA solutions. • Migrate CRMA components between environments per DevOps and environment management plans. • 2+ years of Salesforce CRMA development experience (dashboard configuration and data recipe configuration) • Likely possess multiple salesforce certifications Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CRM Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Tableau. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with database management and integration. - Familiarity with user interface design principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in CRM Architecture.
