Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, facilitating discussions to gather requirements, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that meet user needs. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and providing guidance on best practices in application development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining high standards of quality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals and assist in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Sterling Commerce. - Strong understanding of application design and architecture principles. - Experience with integration of applications and data management. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in IBM Sterling Commerce. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
