IBM Websphere

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX) or IBM Sterling Transformation Extender (ITX). • Strong understanding of data formats such as EDI, XML, JSON, and CSV, with experience working with industry standards like X12, EDIFACT, and other related formats. • Proficiency in IBM WTX/ITX mapping and transformation tools, including the ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize transformation rules. • Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator or other related B2B integration platforms is a plus. • Hands-on experience in integrating multiple systems such as ERP, CRM, or third-party applications. • Familiarity with web services (SOAP, REST) and message queues for integration purposes. • Experience in debugging, monitoring, and performance tuning in WTX/ITX environments. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Knowledge of Unix/Linux, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Perl) is a plus. • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies is an advantage.
