About the role
As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the application development team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate with multiple teams, make key decisions, and provide solutions to problems. Your typical day will involve managing the team, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to important decisions. You will also be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring the quality and integrity of the deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM - Experience with data integration and data quality processes - Strong understanding of data modeling and database concepts - Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub and Informatica Data Director - Experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Informatica PowerCenter Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Informatica MDM - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full time education is required
