Roles & Responsibility At least 6 years of Information Technology experience At least 4+ years of experience in Mainframes including JCL, COBOL, CICS. Experience of troubleshooting issues by analyzing Application logs Batch Job Management System Administration knowledge Experience of managing and leading team Knowledge and Experience of implementing automations resulting in effort savings Knowledge of ITIL.
