About the role
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM (SCCM preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of Windows device lifecycle management. Expertise in application packaging, patching, and Windows update deployment. Proficiency in managing Group Policies, device configuration profiles, and compliance policies. Experience with Conditional Access, Entra ID, and app registration. Expertise in PowerShell scripting. Knowledge of vulnerability remediation practices and tools. Ability to troubleshoot Autopilot, app deployment, and device enrollment issues.
