Monitoring: Implement monitoring and logging processes to ensure integration performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Documentation: Produce comprehensive documentation for all integrations and keep it updated. Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and oversight in technical execution and problem-solving.
