About the role
8.00 - 10.00 Years 5.00 - 25.00 INR (Lacs)/Yearly Full-time Full-time Roles & Responsibility Create, maintain, and optimize existing NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteCommerce, SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow. Develop scripts and workflows to enhance NetSuite functionality and automate business processes. Assist in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions for NetSuite issues as needed. Review all configuration changes and manage production releases to ensure the highest quality of code deployment and security. Integrate, support, and maintain third party software connections to NetSuite using web services, REST APIs, and other methods. Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards. Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users including training. Monitor and administer account management, roles and access, profile creation, security administration, etc. Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and work on user stories/backlog items and deliver them with the highest quality. Attend standup meetings and provide updates. Build solutions and POCs based on customer and project needs.
