About the role
Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize application functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration.- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure.- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a multi-tier environment.- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation and process improvement.- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Nutanix Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
